All six track meets will be held at Hartford Union High School, Hartford, WI.
Individuals participating in the meet will be allowed into the facility 20min prior to the first heat of their scheduled event. Participants can begin their warm-ups outside the facility, on the school grounds, prior to entry into the facility.
All ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Individuals will be grouped into heats by seed time entered. Participants do not need to have a USATF or AAU membership.
Spectators will not be able to enter the facility during the track meet. Parents will be able to wait for their children outside the fencing or in their vehicles.
To reduce the number of participants inside the facility at one time, there will be a limit of how many people can participate in each event. Relay events will be limited to 4 female teams and 4 male teams. The hurdle events will be limited to 12 females and 12 males. Running events will be limited to 16 females and 16 males.
In non-relay races run entirely in lanes (the 800m Run will be contested entirely in lanes), each heat will have no more than four participants. For non-relay races which do not run entirely in lanes, each each will have no more than eight participants (the only exception will be the 5000m Run on March 27th, which will have all participants run in one heat). All relay races will have no more than four teams in a heat.
All competitors will need to follow the following guidelines:
Additionally, those competitors in the 1600m, 3200m, 5000m, 1500m Racewalk, and all relays except the 4x100 (considered Level 2/Moderate Risk events) will need to present paperwork showing a negative COVID-19 test, which meets one of the three options below:
If the athlete had a confirmed COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) test via PCR or antigen testing within 90 days of the competition, the athlete can be cleared for a Level 2 / Moderate Risk event within a competition without producing a negative COVID-19 test if all of the following criteria are met:
